1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 333oj online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://333oj.club and any related subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 333oj and is intended solely for use by eligible players in accordance with the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the 333oj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333oj operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit any player under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering and using the account in your own name and for your own personal use exclusively.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details — including false age declarations — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.2 Account Limits and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 333oj Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 333oj employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses, winnings, or balances.

• 333oj reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including at initial registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during the lifetime of the account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of the account.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement for proof of address.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

333oj processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as primary payment methods, with bank transfer available for higher-value transactions. All payment processing by 333oj is governed by the terms of this Section 3. Players must ensure that the payment account used for deposits is registered in their own name and that it corresponds to the verified identity on their 333oj account.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following deposit terms apply to all payment methods accepted on the 333oj Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Minimum deposit for bank transfers: ৳10,000.
• 333oj does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Any fees charged by the player's mobile banking provider are the player's responsibility and are separate from the 333oj Platform.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to the player's 333oj account balance instantly upon confirmation of the payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on processing times.
• 333oj reserves the right to limit, restrict, or reverse a deposit where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the payment account does not match the verified identity of the account holder, or where the deposit would otherwise violate these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by 333oj in BDT to the same payment account used for the player's most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering and payment-tracing requirements. 333oj processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval for bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Before processing any withdrawal, 333oj may require the player to complete KYC verification and confirm that all applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been satisfied. Withdrawals of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that do not meet the applicable wagering requirement will not be processed until the requirement is met.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

333oj offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this Section 4, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between Section 4 and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers issued by 333oj unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement for 333oj welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in the player's account. Real-money funds are used first for wagering. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• 333oj reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already received the bonus funds, the bonus funds will be removed from the account. Any real-money winnings derived from the bonus funds prior to cancellation and not yet withdrawn will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, coordinated wagering across accounts to exploit bonus terms, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion — will result in cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

333oj offers a welcome bonus to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players who register a new account, complete the required KYC verification steps, and make a qualifying deposit of at least the minimum welcome bonus deposit amount as stated in the current promotion terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per device or IP address.

• The welcome bonus is not available to players who use a VPN or proxy service to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

5. Platform Use and Prohibited Conduct

Any commercial use of the Platform, including the use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or data-scraping software, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333oj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to disguise your true location or identity, including for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction or claiming bonuses in a manner inconsistent with your verified identity.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated betting software, game exploit, or collusion strategy to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform to transfer or conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 333oj account, sharing your login credentials, or acting as an agent for any other person in placing bets or conducting transactions on the Platform.

5.2 Account Suspension and Termination

333oj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the player has violated these Terms, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending verification steps.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333oj's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided by 333oj shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 333oj shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in this Section 10 shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

11. Changes to the Platform and Service Availability

333oj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform — including any game, betting market, payment method, bonus, or feature — at any time and without prior notice. The following specific circumstances may affect Platform availability:

• Scheduled maintenance windows, which 333oj will endeavour to schedule during off-peak hours (generally between 02:00 and 06:00 Bangladesh Standard Time) and to announce via the Platform homepage at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
• Emergency maintenance or unplanned downtime arising from technical failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside 333oj's control, where advance notice may not be possible.
